ive verified the files countless times, installed replacement dlls, repaired every application seemingly related to it, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game over 10 times and still nothing works. has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? i just wanna play titanfall man

Did some googling and found your fix.

https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/core-activation64-dll-missing/td-p/9994327

"EDIT: I did some searching on the Internet, and apparently the Activation64.dll is a DRM file by EA, which is apparently supposed to protect copyright. I don't understand why my PC is reporting it as missing/not working, as my copy of The Sims 4 is legitimate. I really need help with this. Should I just uninstall both The Sims 4 and Origin, clean the registry from any traces of them (I would also like some help with that) and then reinstall both? I'm so confused... I've tried everything!

EDIT 2: I tried the phone hotspot but it also didn’t work. I also have an old install of The Sims 4 on my old disk drive, but that didn’t seem to cause any problems before. Should I try reinstalling The Sims 3 though?

Okay so for me the error went away by first uninstalling Origin the hard way and then reinstalling it and repairing the base game!"

Looks like you are going to have to go through the option to uninstall Origin "the hard way". Aka more advanced steps. You will need to follow the guide how exactly.
Choose the option to uninstall "the hard way" here from this guide from EA.

FYI: Origin got replaced with the newer "EA App" which is of course still required to play Titanfall.

I'm surprised that didn't fix it if you actually uninstalled it using the hard way.
Try opening steam by right clicking it and choose "run as administrator". Open the EA app as administrator as well. They both have to be fully closed before opening. You said you have already done the option to repair file in steam. Have you done the "repair game" option in the Ea app? Run as administrator and choose to repair the game. Then try it again and see if that fixes it.

Was your game working fine until recently? What did you do on your computer the day it started giving you this error. If it was in recent days I would try running a system restore in Windows to a point the day before it stopped working for you. This should be an option if it stopped working only a few days ago.

In Windows search bar type system restore and click "create a system restore point". Open system restore and click the option to show more restore points. Hopefully you have one for a date before Titanfall broke on you.
I would try running as admin and try to repair again first though before running the restore. IF there is no restore point BEFORE Titanfall stopped working on you though then the restore is moot since no restore point exists.
