Me too,I bought this game since yesterday.But I can't play Multiplayer.Is there a problem with the server or is it just me?

The only issue with the server is getting disconnected while you're in the multiplayer menu, only if you're spending too much time setting your loadouts it happens to everyone and it is a known issue, but once you get into a match or in game no more disconnects.

Been playing this game for months now, multiplayer is pretty alive tho.

Naw, that aint the only issue. Sometimes I get server timeouts several times in a row while matchmaking, sometimes mere seconds after starting matchmaking. And it gets worse - these timeouts have a habit of resetting your loadouts, making it a pain in the ass to customize them while matchmaking. At least the Northstar client looks to be better in that regard.

thats like saying Fightcade version of guilty gear plus r is better and more populated than the steam version... it just isnt true theres also no progression in northstar dont use it people, NEVER give your steam credentials to ANY third party site no matter how legit it looks

Easy there turbo, we can all almost hear the foaming at your mouth. I think its a bit of an overreaction to demand people to be banned for suggesting a different service if the current one is giving them issues. I think its also important to admit that there indeed are some issues with the main client when it comes to server disconnects. I myself have been playing on the main client and have often gotten the server timeouts and stuff when queueing for multiplayer matches. I wouldn't say its like rampant, but its definitely common enough of an issue.

I have plenty of friends using northstar and none of them have lost their accounts or anything. Do you have any credible evidence that suggests people are losing their accounts left and right? It more feels like you are just salty about northstar existing and it getting activity than actually concerned about people's accounts.

Be it 10 people or a 100 people, Northstar provides a much more consistent and much less frustrating experience IMO. It is not fun getting timeouts constantly and wasting 10+ minutes trying to find a single match. With Northstar it takes less than a minute - I just look for a server I want to join through the server list connect and that's it. Bar the few times it incorrectly showed that there's still a spot open in the server and then I can't actually connect to it because it is in reality already full, I've not had many problems finding matches using Northstar in the hour or two I've been using it last night. It does seem to have a little more problems with in-match connectivity in my experience though, which can cause you to be disconnected from the server.

And IMO what does it matter for stuff like usernames and passwords to be leaked anyways? No matter where you go it happens anyways to anyone and everyone sometime. Nothing is safe. I've come to accept that. And I do find myself doubting the validity of your claims.

Alright then, I call for the devs to be banned from Steam for selling a faulty product without disclosing that it is faulty in a clear and easily-accessible way on someplace like its Steam store page. This leads to countless players buying it with the expectation of a working multiplayer experience ("WORKING" as in you can play it without issue when there are enough players playing it for you to be able to find matches - this does not necessarily include "ACTIVE", which means that people still play it), which IMO is completely unacceptable. All in agreement raise your hands!

More often than not it's an immense struggle to even find a match due to these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ timeouts.
