Game Won't Start Due to File Not Found
I have uninstalled and re-installed the game and the EA app that comes with it, but all I get when I try to start it is: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
Any suggestions?

You are missing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages, specifically the 2013 one

What is that?

The problem is that you are missing the required files to play the game. Even though the error mentions one file you are actually missing multiple files. You are missing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages. Basically these are Windows libraries from Microsoft to run C++ code that so many things are written in. So this is not specific to Titanfall. I have had this happened to me with other games.

I would recommend you just install the All-in-one installer. It will install every version ever released over like the last 20 years including the most recent version so this way you won't have to install them 1 at a time. It's such a small file size and this will make sure all other games that will require one of these versions doesn't have the same issue. This is normally something you do after a fresh install of Windows and never worry about it again.

All-In-One (AIO) Runtime. This installs the Microsoft Visual C++ Libraries needed to run games. You can download it here: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/ Download, extract and run the "install_all.bat" file. It will automatically install all versions for you instead of doing them manually 1 at a time. Wait for it to finish completely. It will start with version 2005 and finish with 2022/2023. (See the screenshot on the webpage) Then Restart your PC, then run Titanfall and you will no longer get this error and you are good to go.

Explained on the website as follows:

"This archive contains the latest version (May 2023) of all VCRedist Visual Studio C++ runtimes, installable with a single click by running the included batch file installer.

To install, run the included install_all.bat with admin privileges (right click, "Run as administrator")

The download includes the VC_Redist runtime packages for Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022. Both 32-bit and 64-bit are supported. The files included are the English language version.

When doing a fresh Windows OS install, it's recommended to always install all the various C++ runtimes, which is why this all-in-one pack was created. It helps to avoid problems with programs that cause error messages like "side-by-side configuration is incorrect", or "Missing MSVCRT.DLL", "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found", or "MSVCP140.DLL".
This package is created by us here at TPU. All files are digitally signed by Microsoft, which guarantees they are unaltered."
