brain issue? maybe more creativity or intelligence than copy-pasta or writing outdated meme.
The guns aren't designed to be where skill is applied in Titanfall 2, they were never going to have high recoil or anything.
The skill was always supposed to be in the movement
It's not like Apex (and I assume you're comparing and thinking of the game as Apex's predecessor because you do seem to have a few hours in Apex and I feel like that's where you're coming from.) and the game is very far from Apex's gunplay, which generally focuses more on in depth gunplay to suit the lower movement skill ceiling.
Titanfall 2 focuses a lot of high speed movement, if weapons had lots of recoil, too little ammo or too little damage then it makes it so it's practically impossible to kill other players even if you had good aim because the distances in Titanfall 2 are actually quite far and players are generally moving 10x faster than in Apex Legends so the game is suited more towards the core aiming skills and not recoil control or anything like that.
Don't treat Titanfall 2 as if it's just like Apex because it really isn't. The weapons might visually be the same and share a lot of basic traits, but the Time To Kill in Titanfall 2 is much lower as there is no shields or armor mechanics and health regenerates automatically in order to suit the high speeds.
SMG is so easy in this game in fact you don't need must-pick addons in your loadout; unlike "Kraber" you [must] pick a faster zoom addons.
Although I do agree, laser focus hit scan is boring beyond all hell.
If every weapon was the flatline, and had CSGO spread mechanics, this game would be a hell of alot more interesting.
honestly I think we are moving in the direction of the consolification of video games, and you know what. PC gamers are way too divided. For every Diabotical, there is going to be seven other multiplayer games releasing in that month to compete with it.
Making games with controlers in mind is really going to be the only way forward.....
That is unless we make games with hardcore PC players in mind. I mean titanfall and halo should really incorporate a, only play against M&K server.... which will likely die every time, but admitedly I would probably play Apex a hell of alot more if they had such a feature, and with that game being the 3rd most played game on steam.... some time ago I think.
It would certainly be doable.
I have no idea where you got the part with OP wanting the game to be more like Apex, he simply asks for a higher skill ceiling in gun fights. If anything Apex's gun fights are way more simplistic due to everyone only shooting while being at the very least un mobile and dodging being restricted to PK / wingman fights and crouch spaming. Along with it still mainly being a team based shooter focused on flanking and team positioning.
Titanfall is about moment to moment, map recognition and situational awarness... and well recently, getting better with movement and watching bryanato's expansive tutorial.
but none of that even comes close to the OP's original complaint which has more to do with many gun fights feeling one dimensional. So you really missed the ball there.
