"data center: searching..."
recently purchased the game however multiplayer seems to be stuck locked, with it infinitely stating that it's connecting to respawn servers.

i've tried the usual fixes of disabling all not in use network adapters (including hidden ones), making a separate windows user, disabling the firewall, simply waiting, etc etc.
though none of these have seemed to fix the issue.

any other known fixes i should attempt?

Here are the instructions from the reddit post, in case it gets taken down:
Press Win + E or open File Explorer, right-click on “This PC,” and choose “Properties. Click on “Advanced System Settings.” Under the Advanced tab, choose “Environment Variables.” Under “System variables,” click on “New.” In the “Variable name” box, type this: OPENSSL_ia32cap In the “Variable value” box, type this: ~0x200000200000000 Then click on “OK.” Confirm the addition of the variable to the “System variables” list and choose “OK.”

I had this exact same issue with the data centers and this is the only thing that seemed fix it for me.
Don't ask me how or why it fixed it, system variable stuff goes way over my head.

Edit: Try restarting your pc after doing this, sometimes that also helps. (thanks deadalus)

It seems like a long shot but you could try verifying the integrity of your game files? It has fixed some issues with other titles in the past for me so hopefully it works for you if you have not tried it already.

To do this: Right click on Titanfall 2 in your Steam Library > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files

no luck sadly; all files were deemed valid.
even did another fresh install after it just to be sure but the issue still persists.

Not sure why this might be but you're not the only one who has had this issue and still isn't able to fix it, my friend has the same issue but also can't seem to fix it.

My only last suggestion is to contact EA support about it and hope that they can do something to help.

Also have this issue starting the game, can't find multiplayer servers.

Saw posts about this on EA support forum as well.

apparently 10th gen intel cpus arent compatible with the game's multiplayer, so thats why.

Do you have any proof about this? I have seen complains by various generations of Intel CPU's about this issue. I'm not convinced this is inherently CPU related.

I found a post on r/PavlovGame that mentions this and gives a fix for Intel Ice Lake processors.

Press Win + E or open File Explorer, right-click on “This PC,” and choose “Properties. I had this exact same issue with the data centers and this is the only thing that seemed fix it for me.
