To do this: Right click on Titanfall 2 in your Steam Library > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files
even did another fresh install after it just to be sure but the issue still persists.
Not sure why this might be but you're not the only one who has had this issue and still isn't able to fix it, my friend has the same issue but also can't seem to fix it.
My only last suggestion is to contact EA support about it and hope that they can do something to help.

Do you have any proof about this? I have seen complains by various generations of Intel CPU's about this issue. I'm not convinced this is inherently CPU related.

I had this exact same issue with the data centers and this is the only thing that seemed fix it for me.
Don't ask me how or why it fixed it, system variable stuff goes way over my head.
Edit: Try restarting your pc after doing this, sometimes that also helps. (thanks deadalus)
aye yeah found out about it awhile ago after doing some stupidly heavy digging in old ea forum posts, gonna mark ya as the answer just in case others find this thread through looking into the issue
