Other EA games are getting review bombed for requiring Origin but this isn't. What gives?

It's not very different from playing something like R6S on Steam, which requires UPlay to be running in the background. It's just you using Steam to open Origin to launch Titanfall 2.

running origin in TF2 also doesn't divide the online pc community, which needs the boost in numbers

Titanfall 2 is a masterpiece that most people are only now starting to get the chance to play due to it being exclusive to origin.

Unlike pretty much every other EA game Titanfall 2 is actually amazing. Both single and multiplayer.

Titanfall 2 is still a fantastic game. EA keeps pulling shenanigans, first they release it butt to butt with Battlefield 1, and now this crap. It's like refusing to eat the best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cake in the world because it's not sold in the shop you like.

I guess people who like Titanfall 2 are smart enough to read product descriptions and not negatively review a game based on something that it fully discloses before you buy it...

True, but the reason people are not bombing this game over the whole origin thing is because this game is as good as it gets. Great single player, great multiplayer with all dlc being free and the only thing you can buy with real dosh is cosmetics. Titanfall should have been the modern warfare of the next gen consoles but due to its crappy release date shortly after BF1 nobody really even knew about it.
