Solved: Engine error: file corruption detected

Does anyone have this same problem? Any fix you could recommend before I reinstall the game? I've tried reinstalling Origin, will try reinstalling the game if nothing else works. Thanks!

EDIT:
Solved it by disabling restricted access mode in Origin. Forgot I had it on.

Leaving it here so if anyone had the same problem.

i've installed the game twice now and it still has the corruption error

idk if anyone is still having this problem but I fixed it by disconnecting from my vpn i forgot I had on. Why a vpn caused a file corruption error is anyones guess.

I do not have any vpn.
But still im getting this error, Just bought this game today.
Also restricted access mode is already turned off.

Only way I know of fixing this that works is start the game it fails change ingame language start the game, if it fails do it agian. sometimes I have to change language 1 - 3 times before game starts :/

idk why but I stopped getting that after changing the order in which displayport ports my primary display used

Uninstall Origin with some uninstaller (IObit Uninstaller/Revo Uninstaller) to remove 100% application residue.

Now install the new EA app.

It should now work normally without the error: "Engine Error: File corruption detected"

Seems to be pretty random, I had it just now and re-installing didn't solve it so, I just restarted my computer and it worked. (idk if it was because I had an update but I doubt that had something to do with it.)
