I didnt unlock Holic mode NPCs?

so I speed run a Holic mode Shadow Soul ending but I wasnt awarded and NPC changers...

is it linked to how much they like the PC?

all in all this is how the Unlock Logic works
Holic Run 1
Nobu and Yatabe (Holic) NPC
are unlocked regardless of whose route you took meaning that yes you are going to run another Holic loop for more NPC avatars
Holic Run 2+
if NIRO route
Sejima and Mido's (Holic) NPC avatar unlock
if Shadow Soul
Twins, Yu and Rei (Holic) are unlocked
if Coexistence
Sara, Suzu, Chief, Rui (Holic) avatar are unlocked

I mean I already finished a run in easy but didnt unlock any NPC avatars besides NIRO route unlock
this means I'm still 88/92 NPCs still needing to unlock
