Doubt it, I'm playing on Gamer and it is fairly easy to get disliked by factions.

I suppose you will have to. For me it only took a few accidents for me to become hated by some groups. I try and avoid confrontations with non-targets now. Having to apologize whilst getting beaten by angry mobs is absolutely dreadful. If I had to guess, I'd say it took about 10 NPC's of the same faction until they began attacking me on sight.

I think 83 is Yawara-chan Tee. The desc is you get it from bugging your sister for it.

thing is you do need to get hated by the 3 factions to fight the strongest bear in Akiba.... so I'll just do that in easy since I already have HOLIC level gear in easy everyone is just 1 hit strip

After I have to redo Shadow Soul route in holic mode since I derped and Rui got her mother's hat in coexistence holic run and then over wrote that save so I'll just use the NPC changer on the sister and strip it from her in easy <_<
