My friends and I are still running into a lot of desync issues, especially with powers that move presence. (thunderspeaker, draw towards a consuming void). Loving the update, but hopefully this gets fixed!

Agree.
Spirit like Sharp Fangs Behind the Leaves ALWAYS desync when move at least 2 breasts and only 1 presence in MP

If you see a bug please report it immediately in game using the Help & Feedback button. In multiplayer have everyone do so. That’s the best chance for us to get the info we need to solve it!
