Nature Incarnate (and future expansions)

Just curious if there is a plan to have the 4th expansion made for the Steam version (and any further unreleased ones)? I've got family that live in other states and would love to play with them. We did something similar with Mystic Vale but then discovered (after paying for multiple copies) that they stopped porting expansions to the steam version vs the board game.

From what can be concluded, the publisher's assumption is not to release the last expansion in a digital version.

We will receive Jagged Earth when the new Nature Incarnate expansion is available on the market.
I fully understand this approach because it allows to maintain the current sales of the physical expansion at a level that is satisfactory for the company.

So I think we'll also get a digital version of Nature Incarnate when the next expansion comes out.

Is this just rampant speculation, or is it sourced?

I mean, it could be true as rampant speculation, but it also could be that implementing the mechanics of the expansions takes significant developer time and that's why the computer game is so far behind. Or it could be something shaky about the financing of the development. We can speculate a lot of things.


(I just really want the promo pack 2 birds...which also might be a considerable development burden because Finder is pretty wild.)

would finder have to ask for every action that happens which lands are adjacent? like anything happens: hey finder, what lands are adjacent?

Considering we got Horizons extremely quickly I don't think that's it.

And if I remember right, the digital game's crowdfunding started quite awhile AFTER the crowdfunding for the physical "Jagged Earth" concluded. So there is going to be some delay.
