How does achievement boosting work?

Dumb question but how do boost with a group for achievements in this game? From what I read, you can't get achievements with a private party, so it has to be done in live matches. Is it just queue at the same time and hope it's dead enough to all get in? Is it reliable enough to mostly get the same group?

Hello Lady D(ani),
I read that we all need to disable the crossplay-feature in the game to increase the chances of us all ending up in the same game when matchmaking. I hope it helps.
