EULA ERROR

I just downloaded and booted up the game but for the EULA agreement where it requires you to accept I keep getting an error and am unable to continue stuck in a loop of trying to load the EULA

The website game.capcom.com is pointing to the new alternate website. Here the game uses a website, which actually not supported anymore since February 2022. Capcom. Fix it allready.
