Don't make me commit a melony

How to get it? Description si not clear to me:

Click background for 10 minutes STRAIGHT (ok just click once in less than a minute for 10 minutes and you're fine)

You have to click background for 10 minutes without activating idle.

Like, idle active after 60s without clicks so if you click once per minute so you'll get it.
