Would doing this get the game to actually start up?

When I hit "Play" nothing pops up. The game just runs for a couple seconds then stops playing. I pretty sure the reason why it's not starting is because of GFWL. So I have a file in the FOUC folder and it says XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00 and two other files called vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86 in the support folder of FOUC. If I delete those or at least the XLiveRedist file would that actually get the game to actually start up? Cause at this point idk what to do. I've been having this problem since October. And nobody seems to want to help me. It would be nice if someone would help me cause I really want to play this game again.

Games for Windows Live not installed - Game doesn't even start
If you start the game and nothing happens, you need to install games for Windows Live. Flatout UC put an installer for Games for Windows live into your game folder at <game>\support\XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00.exe, but that installer will refuse to install in Windows 8, 10, or newer.

Try install GFWL from here, the installer that comes with the game is potentially outdated:

Welp, thats the latest version alright (3.5.89.0), but it appears Microsoft has deleted the wllogin_64 subpackage. GFWL is effectively uninstallable right now.

On the other hand, someone had shared this link in the Known Fixes thread, and putting the DLL and INI into the FOUC game folder did get my Windows 10 64-bit around the dang GFWL problem.

pretty sure that if you do use xlive your game wont save so you need to create an offline account but you need gfwl so....

The game will save, you just lose access to Multiplayer with it.

Yes Thank you, so easy, that is the Solution. Under Win10 i downloaded the 2 Files... copy this 2 Files in Gamefolder... Game runs ! Thank you

how?!?!??!? my gfwl crashes everytime along with xlive (seperatly)
