They literally ripped off the steam audience, so they could feed themselves to build a prototype for an early access mobile release, so that they could pitch it to advertisers to support the mobile version in EA via watching ads. That's seems awfully shady to me.

In other words, your account was hacked, compromised, and stolen probably when you made this post lol. Because ID numbers only get locked in as a user name if an account was recently compromised on steam. So, whoever hacked this bot account is a lot more shady than I could ever hope to be.
