Guideline : Reporting Black screen Error (or any other errors)

We see that some of you struggle with black screen errors, or stuck in Loading screen.
We'd like to address this issue so we can reduce its occurrence rate and make everyone happy, but of course we need your help to do this.

You can send an email to [e-mail] with these details below

PC specs
We just need your CPU model, GPU model, and RAM capacity. You don't need to send all those information in dxdiag.
This data will further be used to adjust the system requirements and make necessary optimization. (it's actually better if u have wooden PC XD)

Error details
How do the black screen occur? If you can make the black screen occur 100% of the time, then it's a good thing. Just tell us how you do that, down to every detail possible.

Zipped save file
Save files are located in your Documents/Epic Conquest 2 directory. If this save file corrupts (like, your PC shuts down while saving the game) most likely you can't start the game properly.
We'll also need this to produce the black screen as you stated in the details.


Once you've sent the email, please reply here that you've sent a report.

after the update i have now gotten the black screen within 5 minutes. i have given up with this game. also, dodging never works againts boars. enemies hit boxes can sometimes be non existent. boomerang enemies are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb and annoying etc etc etc etc

1) I was halfdead after respawning, because respawning doesnt end negative status effects.
2) If you fast-travel over a cutscene-triggerpoint there is no info where to go to, bacause you still have another quest which the cutscene would have changed and you cant end your current quest.
