What do you do with Adachi?

A lot of people put him as the enforcer job since he has high hp and defense, but I'm not entirely sure that his role as a tank works all that well since his detective taunt skill is really lacking. Unless I'm missing a big brain strat, wouldn't he be better off as a status inflicter or a party buffer?
Personally, I think he might be best as a Fortune Teller because of the physical brainwash skills, and Holy Water is best done after the enemies' turn.

I used him as a musician, but I used him as little as possible. I consider his stats to be the worst of all characters and generally think that "tank" jobs are useless in this game.

I mostly put Adachi on the reserve along with Zhao. the tank job isn't really that useful in this game aside from some of their carry over skill

if you don't like enforcer you can try him as bodyguard or musician
