- If you put employees into properties matching their specialization (the icon left of the mood indicator), it raises their stats.
- When just starting out, there’s a side quest right next to Ichiban Confections. Do it ASAP, it gives you an employee that’s super powerful for shareholder meetings.
- Shareholder meetings are turn-based battles based on Rock Paper Scissors. Red beats green, green beats blue, blue beats red. You can pause anytime to check colors.
- Buy a second property ASAP. Even if you have to take a loan for it. If in doubt, save beforehand.
- In the beginning, assign only one or two employees to a property.
- Happy employees perform better. Use auto-care once you have the money.
