In which chapter can you continue the management stuff?

So Eri or whatever her name was is gone from the office, there is nothing I can find about when I am supposed to resume that mini-game ... can anyone tell me when she'll show up again?

It sound like you got to a critical part of her story. Eri does not disappear, the only time she's gone as I remember is when she's waiting for you at the bar

Maybe you relocated your head office and don't remember? That is the only reason for why I can see Eri not being in her chair as expected. The only employees you will find at the old Senbei shop after that point will be Granny and Omelette.

After that point your head office will be far to the north-east of the map, along the road that leads under the park.

As long as you aren't currently doing something that restricts exploration, you should be able to progress through the entire management story from the moment you first get access to it.

I can't remember if it is necessary to recruit Eri as a party member from Survive after your business reaches rank 100. I don't think it is, but it is something that you should do no matter what.

Thanks, that was it, I found her there - I just didn't think to check there, I vaguely remembered she said something about going out but didn't realise that she was waiting there.

If it's any consolation, at least they weren't late spoilers, nor do they hold much significance to the plot going forward.

Don't worry, when I googled where she was gone, I was spoiled already ;)

Was my fault anyway, the game repeats information so often and since I just wanted to finish the shareholder meeting and go to bed, I paid almost zero attention to the dialogue that happened afterwards :P
