What does Legendary include? Songs for jukebox and additional costumes. Songs you won't listent to often and for that you have to basically stand still in one location in the game without doing anything, so while the songs themselves are great (judging by the list provided on the store page) - listening to them in game is not ideal. Also there are already a lot of songs to find within the game.
Now costumes - while it would be nice to have more costumes, they are obviously not essential.
Hero edition (2nd tier) comes with two great jobs (gameplay element) and cards for a management minigame (far from essential, they just make it easier).
I would recommend buying the Hero edition, but not "Legendary" Hero. Price jump is too much for what it offers, while Hero from Standard is not a big price difference and actually offers content of value (jobs).
EDIT. Okay i did read a bit more about the editions and it seems that you can buy the dlc's included in the Legendary Hero Edition in the future so i think i will buy the Hero Edition. Thanks for the reply
