Are Nexus mods safe?

I'm referring specifically to Jhrino's Infinite Wealth style combat mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/yakuzalikeadragon/mods/244
as well as his realtime combat mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/yakuzalikeadragon/mods/187

Antivirus flagged a number of files. Some are probably false positives but Virustotal returned a 34/73 for a particular one.

False positives, jhrino is a reputable mod maker and unless nexusmods scanner shows some malicious files (in which case mods are usually auto removed for moderation) i wouldnt worry too much about it
