Game Won't Initialize Direct3D

Every time I try to run LaD, it tells me, "Application failed to initialize Direct3D. This might be due to the fact that the available displays on the system are unsupported or other minimum system requirements have not been met. {hr=0x887a0005, phase=1}" I am running this on a 4070 Mobile, i7 14th Gen, with 32 GB of RAM. Any ideas will help here. I know it can run it, as it also runs Kiwami 2 just fine. I have tried reinstalling DirectX, and reinstalling my graphics drivers.

having exactly same problem and had tried same kind of solution ,yet still not able to solve it.
btw, I've played the game last year without facing this problem.
