you will encounter certain stronger enemies, there will usually be 1 or 2 of them, take them out first, but look at your map, if you see one star in the area (like near the hobo camp) then the enemy level will be low, if theyre 10 levels higher it means youve ventured out quite a lot

You wont have low lvl gear unless you literally decide to not pick anything up for like multiple lvls which is basically ignoring a huge half of the game. You cant compare the two.

Its really not a big deal lol im not changing the story i just want enemies to be better balanced towards my lvl.

And BL2 is notorious for having balancing issues within the lvling/enemies. Thats why the BL2FIX mod is one of the most popular mods for the game (which im using)

No, its not. My first is Final Fantasy 9.
Ive played a little of 0 a year or two ago and its not that i disliked it, i just got side tracked on something else.

Got Yakuza Like A Dragon for free and thought that now is a great time to re-try and get back into the series which its been going great, i just have an issue with that one thing which isn't anything i cant fix nor is it anything i wouldn't live with if i didn't have the choice.

Should i give you a list of JRPG's ive finished? Most have been on epsxe and a few on pcsx2. Only played a very small handful of jrpgs on snes9x.

But if you're talking about turned based RPG's in general. Well, just look at my library.

Enemy level is based on the part of town and how far into the game you are. In chapter 3 you probably will have a hard time outside of the commercial district and bar district. In chapter 4 you will be able to handle a lot more areas and can explore more, but be wary of the northeast.

Nah, i always do that. people get weird when you edit so ive learned to just leave whatever i type and if i need to correct myself/have more to say, i make another comment.

But i can see how it can be annoying. It is what it is.

Yeah its not a big deal. I already installed a mod.

I do have a question though. Isn't Like A Dragon known for having issues within its combat? One of the main praises ive heard about the newest installment (Infinite wealth) is that the combat is alot better.

Yes. As a recent LAD enjoyer, IW feels A LOT better combat wise, with a lot more freedom and creativity to the fights, plus bonus attacks and the such like Back Attacks, Combo Attack, Retaliation Attacks, more Status 'Weakness' effects, and more.

Just the story so far feels a little... its just missing something, but Yamai is a great new Villian. And might just become a favourite of mine. I also wish Kiyru was not a Protagonist, but like Komaki in a sense from other Yakuza games, sort of teaching Kasuga how to be the man he is destined to be., But thats just a personal preference!

But LAD is still in my Top 5.

1. Gaiden
2. 6
3. IW
4. LAD
5. 3
