I dont see any side quest and no taxi

Hey guys, i recently went back to yakuza. Im in Chapter 9 and i cant see any taxi or side quests on my map. Wtf is anything wrong with my game?

You're locked into a specific part of the plot. Continue the plot and they'll come back.
