Eri and Joon-gi Han

Hi!!

I have just recieved Joon-gi Han, I have read everywhere that he is a killing machine, but, at the same level, Eri has better stats and in my party she does a lot of damage... Also, being "cut" damage is very good against some enemies

Who is better?

Joon-gi Han By a large margin, only reason to keep eri is if you want to replace seiko. His starting job like ichibans hero is just op and his class without dlc is the only one with gun attacks that can hit a wide area and he is fast so he can evade certain attacks and go before anyone else.

At level 29 Eri erase groups of mobs in one ability attack, I will keep Joon, maybe later on will get stronger

Eri has the punch attack that is good for damage. Hence why you can have her replace seiko as an idol since she keeps that skill. Then keep joon, out of the starting jobs his is top tier.

Eri gets Shadow Stitch at rank 10 of her default job. She can also take the Dealer job which gets Darts Airstrike at rank 6. Both skills got me through a great part of the game with ease.

Because she's an optional companion im guessing her addition was late in development.

In open areas (city) I am using Eri because she takes groups of mobs in almost one AOE skill, but to dungeons I don´t know, I maybe use Zhao mafia and Joon-gi... I don´t really know who to pick yet (Saeko Idol, Ichiban Hero and... IDK).

Hitman, last can be either host or maybe fortune teller for magic. They are the only once with water and thunder attacks that carry over.

Is magic really need It? I am in Chapter 11 and without mage I have been fine... I only use Saeko Idol

For some bosses exploiting there weakness does help. That and other enemies that are resistant to common types of damage. You can just learn them and swap the class after.

Yeah, I thinking about todo that, look red skills that offer Magic and then come back to the class I like. I Hope yo find items to max EXP of those Jobs haha
