are the dlc's worth it?
i usually like to get the full experience out of games and dont mind paying some extra for dlc's but only if they add actual content and arent just cosmetic. do any of these dlcs add crucial content i should experience?

They probably would have added more content like dungeons if that cursed COVID didn't happen back in 2020. Other games had to postpone or cancel DLCs that year.

Job set is nice for Matriarch, but that job is not optimal for the True Final dungeon, because it lacks electrical damage so you will end up abandoning that job. On the other hand Devil Rocker is pretty meh. It's up to you if you want it, but it's not necessary.

Management set makes the management minigame a complete joke, but it's expensive on it's own so getting the hero edition would be the best bet.

Costumes are there if you want em, karaoke set is a scam.
I used a small subset of the downloadable costumes a lot. Some of those costumes came free with patches, though, and they're already in your game waiting for you to pick them up. Let me tell you that you don't need mascot heads or grandma pants.

The matriarch class is way past cool because it uses a polearm. The Devil Rocker looks super badass but is really slow and weak.
get devil rocker up to level 6, and you get the ability Vampire, which transfers to the other jobs. Vampire is a devastating attack against other human opponents, that are otherwise resistant to attacks. Very useful against Pier Reviewers, for instance.

So should I only buy the Job set DLC?

Probably. There is more benefit to jobs than just their skills. You can get stat boosts that apply to your character rather than the job. The most important would probably be MP because you tend to use skills almost for every attack. But so far, after doing a lot of work with Matriarch, I think only the candle flame attack is worth it and it takes a long time to learn. Vampirism is a much better skill being easily learnable, but getting access to the class takes a lot of time for Ichiban and most characters need a high bond level to get the class as well. Also getting weapons seems super rare for Matriarch and Devil Rocker as I only got a very high level weapon besides the base weapon.

I wish I was not tricked into buying the bundle. Steam makes it a little too hard to find the individual DLC so I thought I needed the bundle to get the jobs. Everything else I did not want, probably.
