Where do I get super employees for the business minigame?
I'm working towards being in the top 10 at the moment and I keep running into the same problem. Even if I upgrade businesses as much as I can for product, service and notability I can't upgrade them to the maximum for sales volume without going into the red for one or more of the above. I don't have and can't recruit anyone with high enough stats to bridge the difference. I can train and promote my employees but that only gives them small boosts to their stats. Am I missing something?

As long as the property makes money, who cares if all the product, service, notability is at the mark. The game even tells you that you don't have to worry about getting them all there as long as you get close. The only thing to really worry about is the shareholder meetings. I had 1 employee that was cheap blue, cheap red, cheap green. Then I had another employee that was just as high charisma I could ever get. Then you break an argument with the right color then spam the charisma character.

Many good employees are tied to sidequests. Several are silver or gold, and eventually you will unlock the rares/super rares too. Also be on the lookout for the random hires that show up every couple months; the higher your rank the higher their rank will be as well. It is very possible to get rank 1 as soon as you unlock the business as long as you are doing sidequests and getting the right employees.

One other note; some of the properties you can buy are traps. If you upgrade them too far it will be impossible to meet all three requirements. In general you don't need to upgrade anything except your starting property and just keep progressing to rank 1 at a steady pace.

This. Off the top of my head, the vocational school, the park circus, and the mad scientist hanging out at the cafe near the park all lead to Gold employees. I think another SSR employee is just hanging out at the park as well but you need to have high personality stats to recruit him--you'll known him when you see him because his name is a parody of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.
