Substories stopped appearing on map

Currently I'm on Chapter 13, and for some reason all my substories have vanished from the map, I have 16 remaining and have yet to start any of the listed 16.
Do I need to progress further? I'm scared to reach the 'point of no return'...

You won’t, adventure + exists to finish everything.

Postgame exists. You can finish the rest of the content once you beat the game.
Edit: Meant to say that you can finish them all in Chapter 15 but you need max Personality stats.

ahh, that's unfortunate... So only 36 Substories are available for a blind playthrough?

Kinda par the course for these games, some are very specific or require a personality stat to unlock. I’m sure there is a walkthrough for all of them.

All substories are available to complete at Chapter 15 (the final chapter), several substories don't unlock until then.

I am right before the point of no return and I don't have any substory on the map. Even I got a message from The professor that created the cleaning robot, asking me to go to front of Jinnai Station but the marker doesn't appear.
I tried to change from daytime to nighttime and daytime again at survive bar but no dice.
Must I beat the game in order to unlock the substories? I already have max personality in everything. I didn't beat any dungeon, maybe is it because of that?

I'm around chapter 7-8 and already encountered the professor and the cleaning robot in Jinnai station.
In my case I don't remember if there was a blue or white icon for them but I had to go around the station a few time before trigger the encounter.

From my gameplay, there were only 3 substories or so missing. I did one from Dragon Kart pack (that one didn't have the white / blue icon). And the other 2 were linked to
The first was talking with Saeko at survival bar with max bond and max style. After that, since I "romanced" all other ladies, the lone survivor substory (or something like that) unlocked
