Timing Attacks and Perfect Blocks help
I've been having a hard time timing my Y button attacks with my xbox one controller because I really dont know when exactly im supposed to press the button,is there like a gif or a vid explaining how to press at the perfect time? Also,How exactly do perfect block, sometimes im able too but other times i feel like i pressed it too late or too early so i take the full brunt of the damage?

Honestly its hit and miss. I tend to double tap the button on a strike it works sometimes.

For the Y button, the circle needs to go all the way inside the yellow area, not just around it. Pick one of Ichiban's bat-related moves. They're slow and make for good practice, since they really make you wait for it.

Dodging is way more difficult.
The timing is different for each attack, with multi-hit attacks requiring multiple inputs.
They only way to get decent at it is to keep trying.

do you mean like the blue ring needs to be exactly around the y button before i press it?

I worded it poorly.
The circle doesn't actually go inside (at least not visibly). It's just how I perceive it in terms of timing.

You press the button when it stops moving, which is when it reaches the edge of the yellow circle, yes. If you press it before it stops, you're too early. Be confident and wait for it to finish moving. It's very generous.
