Whats a fast way to make money for chapter 12?

at that point you should've unlocked the battle arena in Sotenbori. you can run that all the way through and spam the last 5 floors as many times as you want while also selling the rewards you get at the end. it really helps to get the donation girl as a pound mate and use it on every other floor, but definitely make sure you have her available on the very last floor, since that will give the most money. mind you, she's unavailable at night, so you may have to hold off on using her in arenas for a little while until its daytime. also helps to buy money boost drinks from vending machines or have EVERYONE in the party wear a noveau riche crown for a perma money boost at the sacrifice of some defense.

otherwise, man up and play management.

Aside from that I really recommend that you max out your management minigame, since it's 3M every 5minutes basically.

And on a long run you will need the money anyways since the weapon and workshop upgrades will cost dozens of millions.

You’re right, it’s been a while since I played the story so I forgot that’s when you need the money. You can do what the above poster suggested and find the kappa statues, do the can minigame and earn prizes to sell for money (might not be fastest but it’s an option), hope you get lucky with treasure hunting under vending machines, grind the sewer dungeon, or in all honesty just tough out the management game.

A personal tip: what I did for the management game to go faster was I used cheat engine to run the speed hack to the highest it can go, then I binded it to a key. Then I’d activate the speed hack when Ichiban is collecting the cash, then I’d turn it off on the results screen. It really helps make the process go by much quicker.

Play Poker with VIP stakes. You don't even need to learn how to play the game, if you haven't.
You need at least 10.000 chips to do so, you can either buy them or play blackjack. But if you have the money, then just buy them, it's worth it at the end.

The key is abusing the save / load anywhere.

Just keep raising your bet, don't ever "check", the AI is not that smart, they will keep raising the bet along with you, which is great. if you have at least one pair of cards, that's a 50% chance to win. If you lose, just exit, then load.
Whenever you win, exit, and save. And start again.

Each winning round will earn you 20,000-50,000 chips easy. Exchange them with platinum plate for 2000 chips, and sell each for 200,000 yen. You can make 10 million in one hour, or less this way.

You can do this with blackjack but the payout is less and you have to keep playing to win higher chips.

I just got the right amount of money, now I think I need to grind because my party is mostly lvl 34 And Majima is lvl 50.
