best party/jobs/skills?

i think ive unlocked all the the possible characters by now but im curious which ones are actually worth using and which job fits them best? i assume aoe skills are the best to use most of the time, the only problem is that nanbas and ichibans aoe skills arent actually reliable and eri only hits 3?

The best jobs are : 1 ) Ichi : Hero. 2) Adachi : Enforcer 3 ) Saeko : Idol
The other 4 best job's are their default ones . But you should level some other jobs to certain levels for some nice shared abilities ( like the elemental ones) . For example if you level up Nanba a bit as a Host and Fortuneteller he will have spells of all 3 elements at his disposal when he is at his default class.

Speaking of aoe skills, Nanba eventually gets an aoe that hits all enemies and so does ichiban ( he gets it from the business minigame) .
