Unlikely. For starters, Akio specifically mentions his mother, which doesn't match up with Ichiban's family at all. On top of that, Ichiban's biological father, at least up to the point I've reached in the story, is unknown, and his mother left him after he was born. His foster father was the owner of the soapland, not a Yakuza.

Plus the kid's name is Akio, not Ichiban.
