Can't tell but does the game look like it has ray tracing to anyone else?
I have no experience with Ray Tracing but the reflections on the puddles are insanely good, including the way animated characters and lights are reflected in them. Anyone have any clue if the game is using some form of Ray Tracing?

It's just old school screen space reflection.

Undead guy necroing thread to add that the devs are realllly good at utilizing SSR to give the feel of raytracing even in Yakuza 0. I usually decide early on in a game if I'll be using ReShade to add raytracing and I can confidently say that the Yakuza series doesn't need it.

This is...wow. The SSR in this game look nothing like raytraced reflections. If anything, they're actually fairly subpar compared to other SSR implementations.

Legit. Found this thread specifically because the reflections look so bad at times. Boggles the mind.
