Chapter 12 question (light spoilers ahead): can I leave Sotenbori to change jobs?

I had to give up fighting a certain pair of someones after repeatedly getting my ass handed to me, so now I'm back in Yokohama at an earlier save point. I couldn't beat them because I was testing out some new jobs for my characters that were underlevelled, and overall my party was a bit underlevelled as well. I want to go back to my characters' highest level jobs, but ideally I'd actually like to switch to those other jobs and grind them at the battle arena.

My question is, can I go back to Yokohama, after going to Sotenbori in chapter 12 (before the HQ fight), and change my jobs at will, or am I stuck with the jobs I picked before I decide to go to Sotenbori? The options for grinding and leveling in Yokohama pale in comparison to those in Sotenbori.

Thank you! I must have out of my mind or something, but I looked for the option to go back to Yokohama and couldn't find it the time I looked for it myself.

It doesn't say Yokohama - it says Isekai Ijincho or whatever it's called.

Which is a section of Yokohama in the same way Kabuki-ch...kamurocho is a part of Tokyo, and Sotonbori is a part of Osaka.

Makes sense. I must have scrolled quickly through it and thought, "wtf it isn't there, oh well" and then given up.
