Any advice on how to farm EXP to level up? Kinda stuck.

So.. i am stuck in Chapter 12 Where i gotta fight Majima and Saejima , thankfully i had a save before i started the fight so i went back to that save.. i am currently lvl 40 and around 18-20 job level across all characters.

Anyone can give me advice on how to grind up EXP? i need to level up cause that fight was me being very under-leveled.
And if possible some advice on how to grind money aside from doing the Management once you reach rank 1 where each shareholder gives you 3mil(i mean i can do that over and over but honestly it feels too easy and... boring).

The arena in Sotenbori is the perfect place to prepare for the Majima/Saejima fight. It should easily give you enough experience and equipment to be able to comfortably take them on.

Note that re: the Battle Arena... while you can earn the primary award for each floor only once, the secondary award that you get for winning while adhering to the additional restrictions is repeatable.

Notably, floors 26-30 : the whip that you can repeatedly get on floor 26 sells for a million at the pawnshop, and 28-29-30 can be repeated for a pretty good full set of armor.

You can also get all the missing materials to upgrade to the ultimate weapons for every class.

Completing the arena is pretty much compulsory to strong enough be able to beat Majima and Saejima

Oohhh i didnt know you could repeatedly get the rewards, i thought they were 1 time only.
