im trying to get through chpater 12 and i only have 1 mil. i went and took and pic of all the kappas but it didn't give me 2 mil yen

One way is to grind the business management simulation.

Run the main part for four quarters, then win the shareholder meeting. It's the shareholder meeting where you personally get money (you can't touch the company's money), and the higher your company's rank, the more that money you get. Once you reach rank 1, winning shareholder battle gets you three million yen and they're repeatable.

If your progress still tell you 0/10 you didnt took the picture like you should. While aiming with the cam at a kappa you should see a "Take a picture".

You have a watch in your inventory that can sell and will give you a lot of money. Do that too

Since you're at chapter 12, you probably should be grinding anyway since you're about to hit a huge difficulty spike. That, or get a lot of cash to craft/strengthen weapons. Personally I prefer playing poker rather than holding rb/r1 for a few hours in the management game.
