cant unlock casino in china town.

My guide says there should be a bounce blocking the entrance in the mens bathroom and youll unlock the casino if your style rank is 4. So my style rank is 7 now, but he isnt there (he never was there, even in the beginning) and i cant unlock the casino. i clearly see the hidden door, but i cant do anything

I wouldn't call this guy a bouncer... it's a host-looking guy in front of the bathroom. He is outdoors, not inside

there are so many people in groups, but not a signle one i can talk to. Maybe he only appears during night time?

no he wasnt there. But instead of searching for him i just continued with the story. And after the Cutscene he finally appears. But thx for the screenshot
