I started part time hero, the thing says that businessmen are in jinai station. I've been running around jinai station for 45 minutes and I haven't seen a single one. Am I missing something? Do I have to wait til night or a different chapter?

Go to the North Jinnai Station area, and just run around the hero buildings area.

Check the Sujidex, I'm pretty sure they give more areas there, but could be wrong.

Not really, the sujidex is quite a ♥♥♥♥♥ to be honest, i've spend quite the time lurking for sujimon 138 in that north jinnai station as the sujidex said.. without any result. Someone told me that it was in Sotenbori near the river and pretty much got one instantly. All i can say is that if you struggle for a bit with the sujidex's location, either check the discussion on the hub or run the first dungeon, a lot of the takedown targets can be found here.

In Yokohama, the very first one we do, in the sewers.
Well for the hub I meant the Community Hub, the threads posted here, it's a growing database to be honest.. with more relevant infos than any websites about sujidex, takedown ect.
