Substory 50 - Can't activate

So, I reached chapter 15. Should sleep with Iroha on the bar.

Got more than 30 party chats, gave her all bouquets and maxed all personality stats.

I can't get this substory to activate. I changed to day and night and every time I talk to her there's only the option of reviewing the party chats

Is this a bug?

possibly a bug, could also be gated by another random side story? I got this to trigger for me last night I believe it was during daytime in game. I had to leave and enter survive bar a few times. I think she was the second to last relationship sidestory i had completed before Saeko.

hmm, I finished all the sidestories, 50/52. There's this one and then a last one after you romanced everyone... I am going to look more into this now on premium adventure.

I have the same bug, along with several other people. I still haven't found a workaround.

It's unusual for Yakuza to have bugs, I am baffled by this. This is the last substory to finish them all.

Same here. Can't trigger the substory 50 before the final.

So I read from some other discussion, there is a way to trigger this substory.
Take a taxi to Sotenbori and have a few party chat. After that, take taxi back to Survive Bar.
Doing this works for me.
Some additional information when I managed to trigger this substory 50:
Time: Night

I tried this several times in Premium Adventure night mode and still no go.

I had this problem too, but the way I got it to work was by walking around Ijincho and looking for party chats. My goal was to get the first 16 in the list (I.E. party chats 1-16 when you talk to Iroha) using a guide, and I noticed that it had appeared before I even finished. The quest just seems pretty weird and finnicky about how it activates. I shudder to think what might happen if someone has no party chats left to get...
