Pseudotrash

Anyone knows where they usually spawn? I've been trying to do the takedown pseudotrash quest for part time hero. I've been running around commercial district trying to find them, but no luck. I've also trying killing the ones that spawn in the underground dungeon, but for some reason they don't seem to count.

they dont spawn walking in groups. look for single stationary red arrows in the map

There's usually a psuedotrash near the homeless encampment. A little to the south east of it near some vending machines and a homeless guy crouched one. Turn the corner and there's a pile of trash there. That's where they usually spawn. Keep leaving the area and coming back and one of the trash bags will attack you.

I encountered them on my first trip through the dungeon (which was story-related).

Look for jiggling trashbags on the floor.

They can also spawn in the construction site/alley just east of the homeless encampment in addition to the aforementioned row of vending machines just to the south east of the same camp.

Later on the next tier of pseudotrash will spawn in koreatown near one of the intersections leading to the korean gang territory.

Those same tier 2 trash will be encountered while revisiting the yokohoma sewer dungeon again.

I finally managed to find one near the homeless camp, thanks for the tip

I played the Can Game and ran into them directly afterwards

tried to "activate" the Pseudotrash near the can game but it never attacks :( tried all your tips but its just jiggeling

tried to take the taxi from Hamakita Park to Can Quest but after arriving at the Can Quest Taxi the camera is already pointed in the direction of the spawn point :/

That's the wrong taxi stop. Use the one NE of the homeless camp. Run south past the empty lot (2 spawns in there) and then W around the corner past the other spawn.
