Does it worth buying DLC's?
I really enjoy Yakuza story and not really into grinding and 100% completion so i guess i'll just finish game once and won't play again. So please tell me will i lose anything important if i'll play just basic edition without buying more jobs available only in DLC's? Is this only affect your combat roles and nothing else? Including some minigames which i won't probably play.

Absolutely not!

Karaoke DLC may be the worst one of the bunch, because the whole jukebox system sucks. The moment you engage in conversation with a companion or head upstairs to refill your health, music for whatever reason stops.

These DLCs are actually worthless.
The job one is ok, if you really want more jobs, but otherwise don't even bother with the DLC, the karaoke one is the worst offender, it's useless.
No.

Like, even the job one is kind of pointless. You don't really need to change anybody's job ever, and if you do, odds are you'll just want the ones you can get weapons for. I've barely seen any gear on offer for the DLC jobs.
Job DLC is pretty good, also the cheapest one. It's probably the only one really worth getting. Weapons for the DLC jobs are available later in the game on a specific black-market-vendor (@Black Hammer). They're actually pretty good.
Management Mode DLC is also a nice addition if you want to max out Management.
The other ones are not worth it, they're not adding much.

Job dlc is okay. Management dlc is pay to win... I finished the management story questline as soon as I unlocked it, which means I essentially had infinite money less than halfway through the game. I barely noticed any of the other dlc.
I wouldn't bother with the DLC, save for the free pachislot DLC (if you feel like it's worth the 10 GB of space it takes up!).

The management minigame can be trivialized even without resorting to the P2W DLC, the "karaoke" DLC might seem appealing but it's unlikely that you're ever gonna feel like just standing around in the bar for extended periods of time doing nothing but listening to music (shame on Sega for the misleading name of the DLC too), and the job DLC is neat but far from essential... buy it if you want since it's reasonably cheap (the costume DLC is also neat, but unfortunately rather pricey), but personally I don't wanna incentivize Sega going further down the DLC path with the Yakuza franchise. I think they should've just included that stuff in the base game for the western release.
