Recording Contract Tiers?

I'm on my first time through the game (easy level), but I have hit "triple 100s" (100 popularity in both NA and Europe, plus $100-mill+ in cash). I recently "parted ways" with my 50 manager (he sent me to the outskirts of Siberia in January on a recent tour, the dummy) and hired one in the mid-upper 40s. I figured this new manager might break me into some cities that I still haven't played. I just had the new guy get me a recording contract. In the list was one deal for 3 albums with 5 songs of 100 Quality each spaced a year apart, which is the 4th "tier" of deals that I have come across (one album with Q60 songs, two albums with Q60, one album with Q100 previously). How many different tiers of recording contracts have people come across?
I've hit #10 on the charts, but haven't hit #1 or won a Shady yet. I'm thinking of grabbing this current 3-album deal, unless there is a 5th tier that's even better, in which case maybe I'll just take one of the single album deals. TIA!

There are 4 tiers. IIRC, respective song quality requirements are 40, 60, 80, 100 so you've already had a 4th tier contract, right ? After completing a 4th tier contract for the first time, you can be offered a contract for release on both regions simultaneously, kinda like a 5th tier.

Yes, I have had 2 records with the 100 quality requirement, but this was the first one of those with more than one album in the contract. I never even thought to check the region before. I thought it was whatever I requested the manager to get. Good to know. Thank you!
