Can't hire a manager

I love lots of the update. The fact that band members can play and sing. Song ideas not having time limits.

I have a bit of an issue hiring a manger, as my euro rep is not high enough. Starting in London rep 1.48 and not going up. So far all the gigs are from other bands. I don't see why I would have to go outside London just and get rep, just for a manager to agree to manage the band.

Thoughts?

You will need to win at least 2 Battle of the bands to raise popularity high enough to get a manager. If you follow the following thread it goes into great detail on the subject.
