That's a fair point! We wanted to do something different instead of just honking at them (as you do for sleeping customers) but maybe there's a new option waiting to be discovered!
It does introduce an engaging gameplay mechanic, you have to pay attention to these particular customers and work around them, but the context makes me really hate these jerks.
And when they have the freaking gall of also littering on their way out, I have the urge to just feed them to the sushi-making machine.
