Is there any licence transfer or discounts for Quest 3 users?

I was fighting sambashare (very inconsistant file streaming speeds) over wifi for a while, and now quest updated it with laying down mode, and it crashes when changing volume. I tried the demo, and this is mostly a superior version (resolution does look a little better on native quest 3 over samba, but this is marginal). Is there a way to fix SMB? I use it with windows 11 by sharing folders. VR Videos buffer for 10-15 seconds usually. By cable, it's instant, 0.1s delay if not less.

There isn't a cross-purchase option for Quest standalone and Steam PCVR. SMB buffering issues are usually caused by slow wifi speeds. Make sure your computer is connected to your router with an ethernet cable to reduce wifi network congestion. You could also try using xbvr for local network streaming instead. Or try DLNA once that update is released later this week. Crashing issue with volume buttons might be fixed in v0.10.4 on the RC channel.

1 more thing. Is there no profile transfer between quest and pc? UI seemingly look very much the same. Getting my bookmarks would be very convenient.
