Anyone can tell me why HereSphere cannot play this mkv file?

It's most likely the Dolby Digital audio causing the issue. You might be able to purchase and install the Dolby Audio software from the Windows Store. I'm not sure which Dolby Audio software package you need to install, as it can depend on your hardware. The alternative would be to transcode the audio to a different format (like AAC) using ffmpeg.
