youtube videos

Hi, i really loving the app(at least for playing videos from my drive) but having the problem actually playing videos from youtube - all of them are playing on small popup-flatscreen(main menu popup?) and... they are all flat. Is it even possible to play those in vr(dunno, like maybe in DeoVR)?

Use yt-dlp (a fork of youtube-dl) to generate video stream links. Download yt-dlp.exe from here: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases. Copy the executable to the HereSphere saved directory (C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\HereSphere\Saved, replacing UserName with your info). In the HereSphere web browser, navigate to the webpage with the video you would like to stream and click on the Web Stream button in the upper left corner (play button on top of four tiles).

I'd recommend switching to Steam beta branch as it fixes some issues with parsing yt-dlp links. Go to your steam library, right click on HereSphere, go to properties, betas, then select beta - beta test from the drop down menu. No pass is needed.

I've been having issues where my Vive Pro 2 headset will start freezing with white flashes and sometimes crashing with a horrible static sound only if I ever click on Youtube. Do you think that this fix could potentially address that and is this normal or a fault of my device or just an issue on Youtube's end?

I haven't run across this issue myself. Can you try updating your graphics drivers to see if that helps?
