Sniper Innocent
Is it possible to create one using a Mediator? I'm trying and its not working, maybe its a bug?

Now that i got some free time i can type this for you. There was indeed a bug regarding the creation of snipers. I forgot about it and gave you an answer like the wiki does and for that i apologize. You can grab Snipers from the other 2 methods i mentioned.

Yes it is. Are you using a Marksman and a Coach? You can also find a Sniper while Reverse Pirating an item or playing the RNG roulette with a Mystery Innocent.

No need to apologize, your comment was really useful, I managed to get one using Reverse Pirating. To be honest, is way easier to get dual stat Innocents with this method than with the traditional one, so thanks again!
