Till this point I was thinking if the game's price is low enough so my Humble choice subscription's discount puts it below 20€ I'd still buy, but nah when even the core gameplay is legit bad and boring and the you really feel that the fanservice is missing, I will wait till I get it for less than 10, maybe even just buy a used PS4 copy then since there is no difference in content.
Really sad what Sony turned Marvelous into, I wish they could sue Sony for the loss in sales that are obviously Sony's fault, if this game was made for Switch or PC even it would have more fanservice for sure.
Like the review suggested, this game was made while being on a leash, a japanophobic and puritanic SJW leash that is held in california.

Much as it pains me, I have to agree with that.

Even if the PS4 had the bigger install base, they're releasing a worse game on all platforms due to Sony.
The audience for these game is already pretty niche. And now even fewer of those folks will buy the game.

Makes me think they could have gotten more sales by ditching the PS4 and making the game that their audience was more likely to buy, even in other platforms.

The PS4 just isn't the "weeb fanservice machine" anymore.

It's obvious that right after Sony sent out their e-mail, Marvelous just wanted to cut their loses and move on. Whatever got removed wasn't replaced with anything, and the racing is slow enough to where they could have done alot more than a now-unsatisfying shooting mechanic. Ultimately the fault is with Sony, but Marvelous didn't even attempt to hide the fact that something major is now gone

This odd loyalty japanese niche game studios have to Sony is quite a problem. I mean, it's not like this game won't run on a Switch, it's not exactly Ghost of Tsushima, and then it would have more fanservice and would sell better, and they could still make a PC version as well.

They kowtowed to sony and still have the galactic gall to have a AAA pricetag PLUS $80 of DLC... unwishlisted, see you a discount site for 10 bucks in two months.

I played this for about an hour. I am not even Senran Kagura fan or anything. All the arguments presented in this review are pinpoint accurate. And the price is killing the game as well.

Although there are two factors that still keeps me from refunding:
-Multiplayer (still to try out)
-Game is focused on water sports, and if someone is in swimsuit religion

Well you know how it is... there are simply no other games offering this sort of "focused" thing. Maybe excluding Dead or Alive or Kagura: Peach Beach Splash

A buncha the outfits in the game are conservative in comparison to previous company entries and the potential they never hit due to not abandoning Sony/personal incompetence/differing vision from the fanbase(? neither the action nor fanservice was ever at peak performance, just okay in both departments)

Hated the censorship but i honestly enjoyed the game. Brought it on steam to show support to the devs but I will not buy it on PS$

Was Marvelous prevented from creating a version for all other systems then removing certain bits of content for their Sony version?? If not, then I put the blame on Marvelous for this. Unless Sony somehow prevented them from being able to do that, then I don't see any reason why they wouldn't have gone that route. It's a shame they didn't, like others I think I'll wait for a big sale.
